Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds United are second in the Championship after 10 games.

Jermaine Beckford has claimed that Marcelo Bielsa is in a much better place to inspire Leeds United to Premier League promotion this time around.
United look every inch like the pre-season favourites for promotion that they were billed as, sitting second in the Championship after 10 games.
But consequence of what happened at Leeds last season, nobody affiliated with the club will be getting too excited.
Bielsa’s side had to settle for a spot in the playoffs after a late-season capitulation ruined their hopes of returning to the Premier League for the first time since 2004.
But the club’s legendary striker has told talkSPORT that the ‘phenomenal’ Bielsa is better equipped to give Leeds a safe passage to the top flight after seeing what happened last year.
He said: “He’s a phenomenal man and he’s built an amazingly exciting team. They relentlessly put pressure on the opposition which forces them to make massive mistakes.
“I think last season he was super unlucky to have fallen over the two legs against Derby, considering the way the first leg went. I think he’ll be much more aware of the rigours of the Championship this time around.”
Leeds, who are one point behind top-of-the-table Swansea City, visit manager-less Millwall in London today.
