Eddie Nketiah joined Leeds United the summer transfer window.

Jermaine Beckford has spoken highly of Leeds United striker Eddie Nketiah on BBC Radio Leeds.
The former Leeds striker, who is now at Bury, was impressed with the performance of Nketiah against Brentford at Elland Road on Wednesday evening.
The 20-year-old striker, who joined Leeds on loan from Premier League club Arsenal in the summer transfer window, scored the only goal of the match in the 81st minute.
The England Under-21 international did not start the Championship game, and the youngster came on as a substitute only in the 77th minute.
Beckford was following the match, and he was impressed with Nketiah’s work rate.
Beckford said about Nketiah on BBC Radio Leeds: “It’s not just the goal that he scored, if you watched the work-rate the kid had as well, Nkeitah.
“When he lost the ball or the ball was anywhere near him, the defender was getting away from him, he held nothing back.
“He made sure he got back in time, made a couple of great tackles which you wouldn’t necessarily expect a young striker to do.”

Promising start
Nketiah has made a strong start to his Leeds career, and the Elland Road faithful must be pleased.
Given that the youngster did not have a pre-season under head coach Marcelo Bielsa, it could take a while for the striker to get up to speed and to show what he can do on a consistent basis.
