Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers are set to make a number of signings in Steven Gerrard’s first transfer window in charge.

Glasgow Rangers boss Steven Gerrard appears to be eyeing up a double-swoop, as reported by the Scottish Sun, which could give the Ibrox side a dream attacking force for next season.
Gerrard’s transfer plans at Rangers are becoming clearer, with a number of players targeted.
Many of the players linked with a move to Glasgow have been eye-catching, but the potential to see Wilson and Defoe working in tandem should be particularly exciting for Rangers supporters.

If Wilson and Defoe both arrive at Ibrox, then Rangers will have an attacking force to strike fear into every defence in Scotland.
Bournemouth striker Defoe’s finishing ability is well known, and even though he is 35 now, having the England international would give Rangers so much added firepower.

And with Wilson playing just behind him, Defoe would have no shortage of supply at Rangers.
The Liverpool youngster has been a major threat at Championship level this season, with his skilful dribbling catching the eye.
And if Gerrard can bring the pair to Rangers, then the Light Blues will have the most dangerous attack they’ve had for many years.
