Leeds United and Everton will reportedly have to pay £26 million for Jeremie Boga, who cost just £3.5 million three years ago when Sassuolo signed him from Chelsea.
What’s the story?
Earlier this week, The Daily Mail reported that Leeds want to sign former Chelsea winger Boga from Sassuolo in the summer transfer window.
Everton and Crystal Palace were also named among the clubs who have shown interest in the 24-year-old winger.
Le10Sport are reporting this morning that Sassuolo are standing firm on their €30 million (£25.69m) valuation of the attacker.
Atalanta made a second offer of €23 million (£19.70m) for the 24-year-old, but fellow Italian club Sassuolo have turned it down.
French sides Marseille, Lille, Lyon and Nice all are interested in the Ivory Coast international.

Is Boga worth £26m?
Sassuolo paid Chelsea just £3.5 million when they signed Boga in the summer of 2018, as reported by The Guardian at the time.
The winger has grown and developed a lot since then.

Boga, who can also operate in a more central attacking midfield role, scored four goals and gave two assists in Serie A last season.
The Sassuolo no.7 scored 11 goals and provided two assists in the league in 2019-20.
For €30 million (£25.69m), Boga would not be a bad signing, especially as he is still only 24.
