Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City are reportedly keen on signing the Lyon ace.

Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas spoke to reporters yesterday, and insisted that if his club are to sell reported Tottenham and Manchester City target Tanguy Ndombele, they will need to receive Paul Pogba-like money for the Frenchman, as quoted by Football.London.
According to the Telegraph, Manchester City are interested in signing the 21-year-old, whilst the Mirror claims that Mauricio Pochettino is desperate to bring the midfielder to Spurs.
Ndombele is a real talent, and he seemingly possesses all of the attributes required to be a success in the Premier League…but he won’t come cheap.
Jean-Michel Aulas was speaking to reporters last night, and the Frenchman responded when asked how much money it will take to prise one of his prized assets away from the Groupama Stadium, as quoted by Football.London:

“We have received offers worth much more [than €50million]. One can imagine that, if we were willing to sell, we could reach the level of transfer fee that Paul Pogba had.”
Pogba joined Manchester United from Juventus in the summer of 2016, for around £90 million, so Tottenham really would have to dig deep, if they want to bring Ndombele to north London.
Considering the fact that Spurs’ club record transfer is just £42 million, however, it is highly unlikely that they will spend more than double that amount on one player, and a move to Manchester City will surely be more likely for the Lyon ace.
