Tottenham Hotspur reportedly want Lyon’s Tanguy Ndombele.

Tanguy Ndombele is one of the best young midfielders in Europe, and there is no surprise that Tottenham Hotspur reportedly want the 22-year-old.
According to The Telegraph, Tottenham are closing in on the signing of Ndombele from Lyon in the summer transfer window.
Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has told The Telegraph that Spurs have made an opening offer, but he wants the Premier League club to increase it.
Former Lyon goalkeeper Nicolas Puydebois has suggested, as quoted on FootRadio and translated by Football.London, that the Ligue 1 outfit are selling the 22-year-old because of his attitude.
Lyon president Aulas has hit back at that claim on Twitter, and has written, as translated from French by Football.London: “Nicolas Puydebois has cracked the great secret of Aulas in the transfer window! In the series of nonsense in public, Nico has surpassed himself.
”Tanguy is a great talent, is one exquisite boy that we would like to keep, but it is always the player who decides!”

According to WhoScored, Ndombele made 31 starts and three substitute appearances in Ligue 1 for Lyon last season, scoring one goal and providing seven assists in the process.
During the 2017-18 campaign, the 22-year-old France international midfielder made 28 starts and four substitute appearances in Ligue 1 for Lyon, providing six assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
Ndombele would be a very good signing for Tottenham, not just for now, but for years to come.
