West Ham have some difficult fixtures on the horizon.
After David Moyes’ tenure got off to a disappointing start with a 2-0 defeat away to Watford, attention is now turning towards West Ham’s next Premier League games as they seek to get out of their current predicament.
It’s clear that there’s much need for improvement at West Ham, with the club currently languishing in 18th place in the Premier League and many supporters aiming their anger at the board.
Here’s how we think they could do in their next five Premier League games:

Leicester City – home – Friday. Prediction: 2-2 draw
Leicester, who have made a mixed start under their own new manager in Claude Puel, provide the opposition for Moyes’ first home game in charge of West Ham.
Moyes will be looking to see a significant improvement from his side, but may have to settle for a draw against a Leicester team that can provide a major attacking threat with the likes of Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez.
Everton – away – November 29th. Prediction: West Ham win 2-1
A game of much significance for Moyes as he faces one of his old clubs, Everton have been vulnerable defensively this season and have yet to appoint a permanent successor to Ronald Koeman.
This fixture provides an inviting opportunity for West Ham to secure what would be a morale-boosting win, provided Moyes sets his side up correctly.
Manchester City – away – December 3rd. Prediction: Manchester City win 3-0

City, top of the league having scored 40 goals already this season, are widely expected to win the title.
Even if Moyes was to instruct his side to adopt a defensive approach, it is difficult to envisage West Ham being able to take anything from this game. It’s a tough ask for any team.
Chelsea – home – December 9th. Prediction: Chelsea win 2-0
Another challenging encounter for Moyes’ side, Chelsea are starting to perform with greater consistency and have won their last four Premier League games in succession.
Given how disappointing West Ham have been defensively this season, Chelsea should ease to victory.
Arsenal – home – December 13th. Prediction: Arsenal win 2-1

Matters are unlikely to get any easier for West Ham as they face another of their London rivals.
Arsenal are prone to inconsistency, but will still be expected to prevail at the London Stadium.
Overall, with three very difficult fixtures to come, Moyes will be hoping for West Ham to take maximum points against Leicester City and Everton, otherwise he could find himself under pressure very quickly.
