West Ham United currently have four players out on loan.

It has been a disappointing season so far for West Ham United, with the club languishing in the relegation zone as they battle to preserve their Premier League status.
West Ham currently have four players out on loan but have any of that quartet impressed sufficiently to suggest that they should have stayed at the club and helped their cause?
Reece Oxford (Borussia Monchengladbach)

Oxford is undoubtedly one of the most talented players at West Ham but the 18-year-old has found it difficult to build upon the impact that he made two seasons ago.
Capable of excelling as a centre-back or a defensive-midfielder, Oxford is currently on loan at German side Borussia Monchengladbach but has been restricted to just one minute of Bundesliga football so far this season.
There have been suggestions that Monchengladbach, despite the lack of game time they have afforded him, may attempt to sign Oxford permanently, although West Ham will surely be unwilling to let him leave given his vast potential.
Reece Burke (Bolton Wanderers)

A talented young defender, Burke is on loan at Championship side Bolton Wanderers, initially until January.
Burke started the season as a regular in the Bolton team and has recently regained his place after being left out for several games.
The composed centre-back is a fine prospect but it remains to be seen whether he will be given sufficient opportunities to impress at West Ham.
Josh Cullen (Bolton Wanderers)

Midfielder Cullen is also spending the first half of the campaign with Bolton.
Cullen produced some encouraging performances early in the season but later lost his place in the side and hasn’t featured in the club’s last eight Championship games.
At present, it seems likely that he will be re-called by West Ham in January and sent out on loan elsewhere.
Robert Snodgrass (Aston Villa)

By far the most experienced player currently on loan from West Ham, Snodgrass is attempting to get back on track after enduring a miserable time with the Hammers in the second half of last season.
The Scotland international is in the Championship with Aston Villa and has impressed in patches, scoring three goals and providing four assists in 15 appearances.
