Jay Rodriguez recently completed a move to West Bromwich Albion from Southampton.
Jay Rodriguez has suggested that he is happy to play anywhere in the West Brom side as long as he is playing, the Express and Star reports.
The Express and Star reports that Rodriguez has joined the Baggies from Southampton for a fee that could rise to £15 million, with Tony Pulis also recently telling the Express and Star that his versatility was a key reason behind his decision to pursue him.

And Rodriguez has suggested that he is happy to be considered as something of an attacking utility man if it ensures that he is getting plenty of minutes under his belt during his time at the Hawthorns.
“I want to be on the pitch, helping the team and wherever that may be I’m happy to do it,” he said, as reported by the Express and Star. “As long as I’m working hard and improving on each game.
“I want to score goals and create chances and help the team in that way.”
Though the latter stages of Rodriguez’s spell at Southampton would suggest that the eight-figure move was a gamble on West Brom’s part, his new club may be the beneficiaries of the fact that he did not feature prominently under Claude Puel.
He will surely arrive at the Hawthorns fully determined to make the most of any opportunities that come his way as he knows how frustrating it is to be stuck on the sidelines for long periods.
And given how lethal he was during his best spell at St Mary’s, West Brom will be hoping that a run of games helps bring that player out of him once again.
