West Ham star is pushing himself to be better.

West Ham star Javier Hernandez has changed his approach off the field in an effort to lift his game.
The Mexico international says he has been focusing on his mental approach, and is better for it.
Hernandez, 30, was an unused substitute at the weekend for the Hammers in their win over Tottenham
He has been picked to start only 14 times this season, playing 11 times as a substitute.
His new off field approach will be helping him adjust to not being a regular starter, and give his all when he does feature.
Hernandez has seven league goals this season so far, and there are only two games remaining.
It’s a long shot that he reaches double figures.
