Rangers beat Ayr 6-1 on Sunday afternoon in the Scottish Cup.

Rangers striker Jason Cummings has told the club’s official website that he wasn’t happy against Ayr United on Sunday, because he wanted to score more goals.
The Gers were expected to coast past the Scottish Championship side, but fell behind when Alan Forrest capitalised on a mistake from Wes Foderingham to score.
Alfredo Morelos, Jason Cummings and Josh Windass dragged Rangers back into the game to claim a 3-1 lead, before Morelos and Windass struck again, and Jamie Murphy bagged his first goal for the club.

It was a largely successful day for Rangers, despite their early scare, and new signing Cummings should be pleased to have scored his second goal for the club.
The Nottingham Forest loanee, 22, joined the club last month and is now starting to prove just why Graeme Murty was so keen to bring him to Ibrox, offering another attacking option alongside Morelos.
However, Cummings has now told the club’s official website that he wasn’t entirely happy with the game, as he wanted to score more than just the one goal against the second-tier outfit.

“I just wanted to score when I had the chance, I didn’t think it was coming so I thought I’ll get one and I actually wanted more, I wasn’t happy,” said the striker.
The Scot has now staked his claim for more playing time though, and Murty will be left with a big decision to make over whether to go with Morelos and Cummings together, or continue rotating them.
With two goals in six appearances now, Cummings is going the right way about his bid to win a permanent deal with Rangers, even if he was left a little disappointed on Sunday.
