The Leeds United pair cannot afford to pick up another booking in the upcoming matches if they want to avoid suspension.

Leeds United players Pontus Jansson, Charlie Taylor and Ronaldo Vieira are all just one booking away from suspension, with 30 November the cut-off point for the trio.

If the three of them can get to that date without collecting another booking they will not serve a one-match suspension, but between now and then there are huge matches against Newcastle United and Rotherham United in the Championship and Liverpool in the EFL Cup.

Such is the importance of the three players that they are likely to feature in all three matches so they will be walking something of a disciplinary tightrope for the next few weeks.

None of the three will want to miss the cup quarter-final against Liverpool but all of them wear their hearts on their sleeve and will give their all every time they step onto the pitch.

Jansson is already a fan favourite and he will not rein in his style while Vieira could be needed with Liam Bridcutt not yet ready to return and Eunan O’Kane a doubt for the clash with the current league leaders.
