Jan Vertonghen has returned for pre-season training at Tottenham Hotspur.
Tottenham Hotspur defender Jan Vertonghen has taken to social networking site Twitter to state that he has returned for pre-season training.
Vertonghen has posted the following message on Twitter, and judging by the images, the centre-back is enjoying himself in pre-season training.

Vertonghen is one of the best defenders in the Premier League and has been in great form for Tottenham for a few years now.
Signed from Dutch giants Ajax in the summer of 2012 for a transfer fee reported by The Daily Mail to be worth £10 million, the Belgium international has developed into a world-class defender and is now a key figure in the current Spurs team.
The 30-year-old centre-back will be crucial for Tottenham next season; the North London outfit will be aiming to challenge for the Premier League title as well as progress to the knockout rounds of the Champions League.
Tottenham, who finished second in the Premier League last season, have yet to make a single signing in the summer transfer window.
