Celtic, Barcelona, Manchester City and Borussia Monchengladbach are in Champions League Group C.

Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink has told BBC Sport that Celtic can finish third in Champions League Group C this season.
Celtic suffered a humiliating 7-0 defeat to Spanish giants Barcelona away from home at Camp Nou on Tuesday evening.
The Scottish Premiership outfit are fourth in Group C at the moment. Barcelona and Manchester City are first and second respectively in the standings, and the duo are expected to progress to the last-16 stage from the group.
German club Borussia Monchengladbach and Celtic are expected to fight out for the third place, which would see them drop down to the Europa League.

Former Celtic striker Vennegoor of Hesselink believes that Brendan Rodgers’s side can finish third in Group C this season.
“The Bundesliga is really strong, but [Celtic] can still get third,” Vennegoor of Hesselink told BBC Sport.
“It’s going to be a big test. It’s a really good team, a Bundesliga team, I watched them play earlier this year. They need to be a little bit lucky, focused, but the two big teams are already there.”

Celtic’s performance against Barcelona made it clear that the Bhoys are not good enough to finish in the top two of Group C.
Monchengladbach are arguably a better team than Celtic, but the Hoops should feel confident about getting the better of the Bundesliga outfit at Celtic Park. Finishing third is very much possible for the Bhoys.
