Ex-Celtic boss Ronny Deila has been making headlines for a bizarre reason.

Jan Aage Fjortoft has claimed on Twitter that former Celtic boss Ronny Deila has found an innovative way in which to motivate his Valerenga team.
The 42-year-old has been in charge of the Norwegian side since January of this year after walking away from Celtic at the end of the 2015-16 campaign.
Deila was often the picture of passion in the Parkhead dugout but it would appear as if the Norwegian has found new and interesting ways in which to inspire his teams.

Fjortoft, who played for Middlesbrough and Sheffield United, claims that Deila removed all of his clothes and gave his Valerenga side a nude pep talk before a clash with Brann back in September.
The idea behind this, according to Fjortoft, was for Deila to illustrate that his players need not fear anything.

It seems an odd way to motivate a team, but the proof is in the pudding as Valerenga – who hadn’t won in seven games – picked up their seventh win of the campaign.
Deila led Celtic to two Scottish Premiership titles but the Hoops failed to qualify for the Champions League group stages under him.
