Jamie Shackleton played for Leeds United against Queens Park Rangers at Elland Road in the Championship at the weekend.

The 19-year-old right-back featured for Leeds in their 2-1 win against QPR at Elland Road in the Championship last Saturday afternoon.
The youngster got his chance due to injury problems, and the talented and promising teenager did well during the 90 minutes.
According to WhoScored, Shackleton took one shot, had a pass accuracy of 94.4%, won two headers, made one clearance, and made one key pass.
Shackleton believes that he played well for Leeds against QPR last Saturday afternoon.
“We have been unfortunate with injuries and particularly at the back,” Shackleton told The Yorkshire Post. “There has been a fair few.
“But you have just got to be ready when you are called upon and be able to do a job when you are asked. I think that is important. I felt like I did my job (against Queens Park Rangers).”

Progress
Shackleton has made only a handful of first-team appearances for Leeds so far in his career, and the teenager has done well and is progressing nicely.
According to WhoScored, the 19-year-old has made two starts and six substitute appearances in the Championship for the West Yorkshire outfit so far this season, providing one assist in the process.
Leeds are second in the Championship table at the moment, a point behind leaders Norwich City.
