Former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Jamie Redknapp has suggested in The Daily Mail that Arsenal are missing Santi Cazorla.

Cazorla did not feature for Arsenal against Middlesbrough at the weekend.

The Spain international midfielder has an achilles injury at the moment and sat out the Premier League match at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The Gunners failed to win against Boro, playing out a goalless draw with the promoted outfit.

“Arsenal’s draw with Middlesbrough showed just how much they miss Santi Cazorla,” Redknapp wrote in The Daily Mail.

“The little magician has been at the heart of Arsenal’s excellent start to the season but an achilles injury ruled him out of the stalemate.

“Arsenal looked a little jaded having played on Wednesday in the Champions League and, with the games coming thick and fast, Arsene Wenger will want Cazorla back for the north London derby on November 6.”
