Jamie Redknapp has showered praise on Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers.

Popular football pundit Jamie Redknapp has shared his admiration for Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers, saying he has qualities that set him apart from many of his contemporaries.
Redknapp says that he has loved the way Celtic have been playing under Rodgers, and that he has taken the side to the next level with excellent man management skills.
“They’ve always had good talent there, but he takes them to the next level,” said Redknapp, as quoted by BBC. “The coaching and good man-management skills, he’s up there with the best.”

Rodgers joined Celtic in 2016, and made a huge impact straightaway. Under his management, Celtic won the historic domestic treble by remaining unbeaten throughout the 2016/17 season.
Redknapp says that Rodgers will be in no rush to leave the Bhoys, as he is managing one of the best clubs in the world. However, he might leave if a top Premier League club come calling as he ticks every box.
Rodgers has guided Celtic to the Champions League group stages in both seasons and Redknapp believes the 44-year-old would be perfect for Arsenal.
The former Tottenham midfielder says that he was harshly done-by at Liverpool, but he predicts that Rodgers will be a good fit for the Gunners when Arsene Wenger retires.

“At Liverpool, he was harshly done-by, but these things happen and, once you start to get a few bad results, the crowd maybe start to go against you. That’s football, but it doesn’t make Brendan Rodgers a bad manager. He’s turned it around and shown everybody how good he is.
“I don’t know what Brendan Rodgers thinks and he’s managing one of the best clubs in the world. I don’t necessarily think he’s going to be looking to go any time soon, but if an opportunity comes in a couple of years, maybe that might happen.
“If you’re Arsenal in a few years, once Arsene Wenger decides to retire, if he ever does, I’m sure he’ll be on their radar.”
