Tottenham are no longer superior to Arsenal, says pundit.

Tottenham Hotspur finished above Arsenal last season to secure a Champions League spot. Again.
But Spurs’ poor start to the season has caused their hopes to quickly unravel. It seems a title challenge is over already, and Spurs must battle to secure a top four place.
Arsenal meanwhile are as high as third, and look to be more stable right now.
Former Spurs midfielder Jamie Redknapp believes the ‘gap’ between the two North London rivals no longer exists.
He even argues that Leicester are now at the same level as Tottenham.
Redknapp told The Mail: “Yet their strict salary cap and lack of spending has held them back. They have stood still while others have caught up.
“Arsenal used to look way behind their north London rivals but not anymore. The same goes for Chelsea and Leicester City, both of whom are now fighting with Spurs for a top-four finish.”

Arsenal’s Premier League position deserves credit, especially considering that record signing Nicolas Pepe is yet to really get going.
Their so-called dodgy defence has conceded one fewer goal than Tottenham’s, and they will welcome Alexandre Lacazette back from injury at the end of the month.
The Gunners actually look a fairly safe bet for a top four spot. Tottenham on the other hand, do not.
