Reported Tottenham target impresses on international duty.

Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move for Bruno Fernandes.
Portuguese newspaper A Bola reported Tottenham’s interest first last week.
The Daily Star has since reported Tottenham are in pole position to sign the midfielder despite competition from their Premier League rivals.
Last night he was in action for Portugal in the UEFA Nations League final against Holland.
His performance impressed pundit Jamie Redknapp.
He told Sky Sports’ live coverage: “He’s been the best player on the pitch. He’s had shots from distance, he’s trying to make something happen.
“He’s the shining light in this Portugal team.”
That’s quite a compliment considering Portugal boast Cristiano Ronaldo in their side.

Fernandes will be expensive. A Bola‘s earlier report claimed Manchester United could look to pay as much as £72 million for the attacker.
The attacking midfielder is a potential replacement for Christian Eriksen at Tottenham, who has just one year left on his contract.
