Two Manchester United stars made Redknapp’s team, along with two Chelsea players. There were surprise inclusions from Burnley, Hull City, West Bromwich Albion and Sunderland, while one player each from both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur completed the former Liverpool and Spurs star’s XI.

Despite excellent displays from the likes of Roberto Firmino and Philippe Coutinho, Redknapp opted for Eden Hazard and and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, whilst also neglecting to include Wayne Rooney, after his fine performance against Swansea City, reported here via the Daily Star.

With so many top-class performances over the weekend it was always going to be hard for Redknapp to choose just 11 players.
Chelsea romped to a 5-0 win over Everton, whilst Liverpool matched them by winning 6-1 against Watford, and moving above the Blues to the top of the Premier League in the process.
This Premier League season has the making of being one of the most exciting since its’ inception in 1992, and after a week that saw 36 goals scored, choosing just XI players would have been a near to impossible task.
