Jamie Redknapp says that Bournemouth’s Jordon Ibe is more talented than former Liverpool teammate and Manchester City youngster Raheem Sterling.

Former Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Jamie Redknapp has told The Daily Echo that Jordon Ibe will prove to be a good signing for Bournemouth.
Ibe has left Bournemouth to join Premier League rivals Liverpool on a four-year contract.
According to Sky Sports, the Cherries had to pay the Reds a transfer fee of £15 million to secure the services of the 20-year-old winger this summer.

Former Bournemouth midfielder Redknapp has backed Ibe to be a success at the Vitality Stadium.
The former Liverpool and Tottenham star has also claimed that the England Under-21 international is more talented than Raheem Sterling.
Sterling is 21 years of age and can play as as a winger or as an attacking midfielder.
The England international joined Manchester City from Liverpool in the summer of 2015 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport at the time to be worth £49 million.

Redknapp has also claimed that Ibe’s value will increase in a couple of years’ time.
“I think it’s a great piece of business for Bournemouth,” Redknapp told The Daily Echo. “Although it’s a lot of money, when you look at the current climate he is the sort of player who in a couple of years could be worth double that because he’s got fantastic pace and can dribble and shoot.”
“I think he has more natural ability than Raheem Sterling,” added Redknapp. “Anything Raheem Sterling struggles with, Jordon Ibe can do. I would hate to play against him with his pace and power.”
Ibe scored one goal and created 20 chances in 27 Premier League appearances for Liverpool during the 2015-16 season.
The 20-year-old winger had a pass accuracy of 85% and a shot accuracy of 33%, and won two headers, 60 dribbles and nine tackles.
