Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has not been able to make a signing in either of the last two transfer windows.

Tottenham’s squad is being stretched to the limit this season, with Dele Alli the latest to be struck down with injury.
Alli has joined Harry Kane and Lucas Moura on the treatment table at Tottenham, while Heung Min-Son is away on international duty.
Spurs still managed to overcome the challenge of Fulham yesterday, as they picked up a 2-1 victory at Craven Cottage.
However, Mauricio Pochettino’s side were far from at their flowing best.
And Redknapp has urged Levy to dip into the transfer market, even if it means going against his principles.
“There’s no doubt that they are going to be working hard behind the scenes now to get some players in,” he said. “There will be players available to loan or buy but you’ve got to be clever in the market because it’s not in Daniel Levy’s make-up to want to get someone who charges too much for a player – he’d rather not do it.

“But now it is a case of needs must because, although it was such a big three points, you don’t want to slip out of that top four. You’ve got so many big games coming up and you need to try and find some players.”
Moura is at least close to making it back to full fitness, in what could be a major boost for Pochettino.
Fernando Llorente badly struggled up-front yesterday, and Moura could fill that void in Tottenham’s squad when he does return.
Tottenham are next in action on Thursday, when they take on Chelsea in the League Cup.
