Aston Villa reportedly want Thierry Henry and John Terry.
According to The Daily Mail, former Arsenal striker Henry will be appointed as the Villa manager with Terry becoming his number two.
Terry has announced his decision to retire from professional football, and the former Chelsea defender spent the 2017-18 campaign at Villa.
Former Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Redknapp, who now works as a pundit for Sky Sports, believes that Villa appointing Henry and Terry as a management team would be a good decision.
Redknapp has also suggested having Terry at Villa will allow star player Jack Grealish to get more consistency.
Redknapp wrote in The Daily Mail: “I’m delighted with the prospect of Thierry Henry and John Terry coming together at Aston Villa as a management partnership.
“I spent a lot of time with Thierry when he worked for Sky. Never have I met someone who is more obsessed with the game.
“By taking John as his No 2, Thierry will get someone who knows everything about the club and the players, after his time playing there last season. He could hold the key to getting more consistency from Jack Grealish.”

Grealish, who can operate as a winger or as an attacking midfielder, has provided one assist in 12 Championship appearances for Villa so far this season, according to WhoScored.
The 23-year-old has played well in some matches, while in others he has been able to make a huge impact.
While there is no doubt that Grealish is a brilliant footballer, it is clear that the Villa attacker needs to add consistency to his game.
