The former Tottenham pair believe Spurs need Kane back as soon as possible.

Former Tottenham Hotspur pair Jamie Redknapp and Tim Sherwood have commented on how much Spurs are currently missing striker Harry Kane.
Spurs drew 0-0 for the second game in a row, and their third draw overall, against Bournemouth this afternoon. They struggled to break down Spurs in the game – with Heung-min Son and Vincent Janssen both struggling to emulate Tottenham’s vice-captain.

Speaking on Sky Sports both former Spurs midfielders Jamie Redknapp and Tim Sherwood admitted Spurs were missing Kane badly.
Sherwood, who also coached Kane for many years both as a youth-team player and senior, had this to say:
“It looked like that today, that focal point up front (was missing). Harry was such a big player for them last year, not only what he can score but he brings other people into the game.

“I thought Son was off his game a little bit and they certainly missed Harry today.”
Meanwhile Redknapp believes Spurs also miss Kane’s leadership qualities:
“There’s no doubt at all that Tottenham are a much better side when Harry Kane is in it. They miss everything about him, he’s a leader in the team, he’s the player that brings everyone into play.”

Kane is currently out with an ankle injury he picked up in the game with Sunderland last month. He got back into football training this week and is seemingly ahead of schedule in his comeback trail.
Spurs won’t be rushing him back into action too soon but Tottenham fans will no doubt be hoping for him to make a full recovery as soon as possible. Spurs could really do with their goalscorer back in action.
