Jamie O’Hara has praised Tottenham Hotspur forward Richarlison on talkSPORT (6:09pm, March 11, 2023) for his performance against Nottingham Forest at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
The former Tottenham player has said that Richarlison played “really well” against Forest.
Antonio Conte’s side beat relegation candidates Forest 3-1 at home.
Richarlison provided an assist.
The 25-year-old forward also had a goal rule out.
It was actually quite interesting that Conte decided to include Richarlison in the Tottenham starting lineup at all.
After the match against AC Milan in the UEFA Champions League in midweek, Richarlison publicly criticised Conte for not playing him enough.
Then on Friday, the former Inter Milan and Chelsea boss hit back at the forward, noting that he has not been playing well and calling him “selfish”.

Maintaining consistency
We know that Richarlison is a good player, but the Tottenham Hotspur forward does need to be more consistent.
Yes, playing well regularly when you are not guaranteed a place in the first team can be tough, but Richarlison has to make the most of the changes that he gets.
Like he did against Nottingham Forest.
You could see that Richarlison was up for it right from the start and played well during his time on the pitch.
