Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli needs to improve, suggests Jamie O’Hara.

Jamie O’Hara has suggested on talkSPORT that Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli needs to do more.
The former Tottenham midfielder believes that Alli is not always involved in matches and drifts in and out of games.
O’Hara has also suggested that the England international plays in his comfort zone, and has urged the 23-year-old and his Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino to do more.
O’Hara said about Alli on talkSPORT: “You’ve got to look at him, you need to get more out of him. How do I get more out of Dele Alli as a manager, and as a club? He has to start setting new targets and new goals. You can’t sit in the comfort zone.
“Potentially he’s still going to be one of Tottenham’s best players that will be at the club for a long, long period of time, but they have to find a way to get more out of him and develop him. For me he plays on the cusp of games, he’s in and out too much.”

Improvement needed
Alli is a very good midfielder and is one of the best young players in Europe, but the England international does need to improve.
The Tottenham midfielder did not have a great campaign on a personal level last season, and it is clear that he needs to improve and step up this term.
The 23-year-old made 22 starts and three substitute appearances in the Premier League for Tottenham last season, scoring five goals and providing three assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
The youngster also made eight appearances in the Champions League for Spurs last season, providing three assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
