Tottenham Hotspur blew a two-goal lead against Arsenal in the North London derby on Sunday.

Jamie O’Hara believes that Tottenham Hotspur should have been awarded another ‘stonewall’ penalty during their 2-2 draw against Arsenal on Sunday afternoon.
After Christian Eriksen opened the scoring after 10 minutes, Spurs then doubled their lead when Granit Xhaka fouled Heung-Ming Son in a reckless manner.
In the dying moments of the match, as Harry Kane made a run into the penalty area, Sokratis put his hands on the England man, who then went to ground as he was seemingly looking for a spot-kick.
As posted on Soccer AM’s official Twitter account, former Spurs midfielder, O’Hara was adamant that Mauricio Pochettino’s side should have been awarded another penalty.
“That’s a pen,” O’Hara told Soccer AM. “VAR has got to look at this, surely? It’s a pen! It’s stonewall! It’s a pen! It’s a pen! What’s he [Sokratis] doing?”

VAR was in use and it opted against overturning the referee’s on-field decision, but then again, VAR hasn’t really been overturning anything since its introduction into the Premier League.
But if the spot-kick were to have been awarded then it would have been rather soft, as Tottenham recorded a much-needed point on the road.
It has been an indifferent start to the season by Pochettino’s side and they will be hoping the fight they showed at the Emirates Stadium can help them go on a strong run after the international break.
