Rangers winger Jamie Murphy has expressed his delight at getting to star at Ibrox once again.
Murphy featured at the weekend in Rangers’ impressive 4-0 victory over Marseille.
Murphy is working his way back from a torn ACL suffered 11 months ago. This was his first appearance back at Ibrox.
Murphy sent a message to fans thanking them for the reception he received.
Murphy’s injury was terrible luck last year, suffered on Kilmarnock’s artificial pitch.
He had just signed permanently, having been on loan from Brighton previously.
Rangers will have to manage him carefully this upcoming season, certainly at first.
Sunday’s match was another important step forward.
