Rangers winger Jamie Murphy has taken to Twitter to post an update on his recovery from injury.
Murphy, who made his loan move from Brighton and Hove Albion to Rangers permanent in the summer of 2018, is on the sidelines at the moment due to a serious cruciate injury he suffered back in August.
The 29-year-old winger has posted a video of him recovering from the long-term injury on Twitter, with some Rangers responding to his message.

Forgotten winger?
Murphy is a very good winger, but Rangers are not missing the Scotland international at all.
Steven Gerrard’s side are going strong in the Scottish Premiership and in the Europa League at the moment.
While the Gers are challenging bitter Old Firm rivals Celtic for the league title this season, the Ibrox club could also progress to the knockout rounds of the Europa League.
BBC Sport reported back in August that Murphy will miss the 2018-19 campaign after damaging knee ligaments.
Rangers fans, though, will be pleased to see the former Sheffield United winger on the comeback trial.
