Bristol City assistant manager Jamie McAllister has suggested to The Birmingham Mail that it is crazy that some Aston Villa fans are asking for Steve Bruce to be dismissed.

Villa fans chanted for Bruce to be dismissed during the Championship match against City away from home last Friday evening.

When asked about the chants, McAllister told The Birmingham Mail: “I think it’s crazy. He’s a top manager and has got a top side.”

Villa do have a strong team, and the Villans should be doing much better than they are at the moment.

However, the Villa fans should be patience and should have faith in Bruce, who is one of the best managers in the Championship.
