Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher couldn’t hide his delight in the gantry while working for Sky Sports last night, but the opposite is true of Gary Neville.
Jurgen Klopp’s side scored a late equaliser in holding Manchester United to a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford.
In doing so, Liverpool preserved their unbeaten start to the Premier League season.
It was Adam Lallana who saved the Reds, tapping home from point-blank range on 85 minutes to cancel out Marcus Rashford’s first-half opener.
Carragher was sharing the gantry with Martin Tyler and Red Devils legend Neville, and the latter struggled to conceal his disgust over the goal.

Klopp’s side are now only six points clear of Manchester City, having been eight ahead before this latest gameweek, but it’s still a very healthy lead and one that makes them huge favourites to lift the Premier League title come May.
