Liverpool are out of the FA Cup and Jamie Carragher says it may help them in the title race with Tottenham and Manchester City.

Liverpool’s rotated team selection backfired as they were eliminated from the FA Cup third round.
The Reds lost 2-1 away to Wolves, with Jurgen Klopp handing a debut to 16-year-old Ki-Jana Hoever.
Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher admitted his disappointment at the loss, but put a positive spin on it.
Carragher said that the defeat could end up helping Liverpool win the Premier League.
He referred to Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur progressing in the competition. They are the Reds’ two closest rivals in the title race.
Liverpool can ‘concentrate on the league’ as much as their European adventures will allow them.
While they are out of the FA Cup, the Champions League could still be a distraction.
If City and Tottenham progress towards the quarter-finals and semi-finals of the FA Cup, they may well have decreased rest time between games compared to Liverpool.
