Liverpool are currently three points ahead of Manchester United in the Premier League standings.

Jamie Carragher has told Sky Sports that he would not write Manchester United off in the race for the Premier League title just yet.
United’s form has dipped after an impressive start to the season, leaving them sat in sixth place in the Premier League table.
The Red Devils are currently three points behind Liverpool, and five points away from top of the table Manchester City.

However, Carragher would not go as far as to say that Jose Mourinho’s side were out of the title race at this early stage of the campaign.
“It probably feels like that [Liverpool more likely to win title than United] now, because of how Liverpool have started the season, but it was only two or three days ago we were saying it was going to be a shoot-out for the league between United and City,” Carragher said when asked who would finish higher out of Liverpool and United.
“I still think United will be right up there come the end of the season, the manager has got great experience of winning the Premier League, so I certainly wouldn’t write Manchester United off at such an early stage.”
United have won just one of their last four Premier League matches, as they have slide down the table.
Liverpool, meanwhile, have caught the eye this term – with Jurgen Klopp’s side catching the eye.

Liverpool’s attacking play as earned them a number of admirers, and they have enjoyed comfortable successes over the likes of Hull City and Leicester City.
Liverpool and United are due to meet after the international break at Anfield, in what should be a thrilling derby match.
