Former Liverpool defender could not let jab slide.
Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher did not let a dig at his failure to win the Premier League title go unnoticed.
Carragher came close on a couple of occasions with Liverpool, but over the course of a glittered career, a league winner’s medal was the one major club honour he could not add.
The retired centre-back was analysing the Chelsea v Tottenham game for SkySports, which led to Leicester City being crowned champions, as the Blues fought back to register a 2-2 draw.
Bookmakers Paddy Power took a dig at Carragher post game, using a bit of a crude analogy.
Carragher did not let it go ignored, joking he would be taking his business to a rival in the future.
Carragher has the one medal Leicester City players will still be dreaming of. The Foxes will enter the Champions League next season, a competition the pundit won with Liverpool famously in 2005.
