Liverpool are in the Champions League final
Jamie Carragher has hailed Liverpool’s stunning Champions League victory over Barcelona.
Liverpool beat Barcelona 4-0, overturning a 3-0 first leg deficit.
Carragher said on Twitter he believes the result was Anfield’s greatest ever result.
Barcelona were so good in the first leg that nobody gave Liverpool a chance.
Divock Origi and Georginio Wijnaldum each score twice, with three goals coming in the second half.
The Reds were without star man Mohamed Salah, while Andy Robertson went off injured at half-time.
Liverpool will face the winner of tonight’s Ajax versus Tottenham Hotspur semi-final in Madrid on June 1.
