Liverpool won the Champions League final on Saturday night.

Liverpool are the champions of Europe for the sixth time in their history after beating Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 in Madrid on Saturday night.
The Reds booked their place in the final after a remarkable comeback against Barcelona in the semi-finals, but there was little drama in this win.
Jurgen Klopp’s men wasted no time seizing the advantage, as Sadio Mane’s early cross was handled by Moussa Sissoko, leading to a penalty inside the first 30 seconds – and Mohamed Salah scored from the spot.
Tottenham played some neat football but rarely troubled Alisson, and Liverpool made it 2-0 late on with a smart Divock Origi finish, securing the Champions League trophy.
A year on from their disappointment against Real Madrid, Liverpool are back on top of European football – and it seems that Jamie Carragher had a great night.

The former Reds defender took to Twitter to post photos alongside Virgil van Dijk and Georginio Wijnaldum, celebrating Liverpool’s latest trophy success.
Carragher also couldn’t resist a dig at Sky Sports colleague Gary Neville, mocking comments made by the ex-Manchester United ace after drawing with Bayern Munich, in which he suggested that Liverpool should forget all about the Champions League – something Carragher naturally found funny now.
