Everton boss Marco Silva is coming under increasing pressure at Goodison Park, after a slow start to the season.

Everton drew 1-1 with Spurs yesterday, and their performance once again was poor.
The Toffees showed a lack of attacking intent in front of their own supporters, and relied on an extremely late goal from Cenk Tosun to rescue a point.
Everton have performed well below expectations so far this season, with the club currently sat in 17th place in the Premier League table.
The Toffees’ next two game come against Southampton, who are currently sat in the relegation zone.
And Carragher fears for Silva if he fails to get positive results from the upcoming fixture.
“I think Everton are in a position now where it looks like they lose to Southampton and they’re in the bottom three. That’s no place to be when you’re an Everton manager going into an international break,” he said.
“He talked it up, he’s talking about the home record, but that doesn’t matter when you have an away record as bad as Everton. It doesn’t matter what the stats tell you, they’re 17th.

“Everton have had an easy start, but they have an horrific December coming.”
Everton went into the campaign with ambitions of breaking into the top six, but they appear to be well off the standard required.
Silva’s side have been too passive in attack, and have struggled to shut opposition sides out throughout the campaign.
The Toffees do have a tough month scheduled in December, with Silva’s men set to take on the likes of Chelsea, Leicester City, Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United next month.
