Liverpool star Jamie Carragher says Everton are still looking for a statement win

Everton held Liverpool to a draw at Goodison Park this weekend.
It was a decent result for the Toffees, perhaps it could have been better?
Everton boss Marco Silva will smile at an improvement on recent performances, but as pundit Jamie Carragher points out, he is still waiting for a statement win.
Carragher feels Everton need a big victory against a top side to really get supporters behind him.
He told Sky Sports’ live post game coverage: “It feels to me like that was the first time the crowd had come alive under Marco Silva.
“He’s yet to have that standout result against top sides.
“He’s done ok against them in games, but never got the result, or certainly a win yet.”

Former Everton boss Ronald Koeman memorably led the Toffees to a 4-0 win over Manchester City.
This draw was a platform on which to build, and four fixtures stand out for Everton between now and the end of the season.
On March 17 they host Chelsea, before visiting Arsenal a fortnight later.
Everton play at home to Manchester United at the end of April, and visit Tottenham on the last day of the season.
If Silva can manage Everton to a win in just one of those games, it will offer some hope heading into the next campaign.
Everton will have to wait until next season to take another crack at rivals Liverpool.
