Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal are backed by Jamie Carragher to join Liverpool and Manchester City in the top four.

City and Liverpool look to be the front runners for the title, but Spurs and Arsenal could face battles to make it into the Champions League spots again.
Tottenham have finished in the top four for the last three seasons under Mauricio Pochettino now, and Carragher thinks they will maintain their place.
He said: “Liverpool will be the closest challengers again, but keeping Mauricio Pochettino was crucial for Spurs.”
As well as keeping Pochettino, Tottenham also spent big this summer – with Tanguy Ndombele and Giovani Lo Celso their two most noteworthy additions.

Carragher has also backed Arsenal to break into the Champions League qualification spaces, after their successful transfer window.
Arsenal have brought in the likes of Kieran Tierney, Nicolas Pepe and Dani Ceballos to improve their squad, and there is optimism around the Emirates Stadium that Unai Emery’s side could be a threat this season.
The Premier League gets underway again tonight, as Liverpool take on Norwich.
