Newcastle United are currently in 13th place in the Premier League table.

Carragher has come in for flak from Newcastle fans, who were not happy about his critical comments of their tactics earlier in the season.
But the former Liverpool man had more positives words about the Magpies’ survival chances last night.
Newcastle beat Manchester United 1-0 at St. James’ Park on Sunday, in one of the shock results of the season.
And Carragher said: “That [win over United] is why I don’t think they’ll go down, because of the manager. He has an ability to get a result when you’re not expecting it.

“They will get wins that other teams maybe not, because of the belief the players and the crowd have in the manager, and also the belief he has in himself.”
Newcastle’s victory over United has put them up to 13th place in the Premier League table, with the relegation battle hotting up.

At least 10 teams are in the relegation scrap, with the whole of the bottom half vulnerable.
Newcastle are still only two points clear of the drop, and are far from clear of danger, as things stand.
Benitez’s side are next in action in two weekends’ time, when they take on fellow strugglers Bournemouth at Dean Court.
