Liverpool made it difficult for themselves, but in the end they sealed a massive 3-2 victory against Leicester City in the Premier League on Saturday.

The Reds returned to winning ways after a four match winless run that included a 2-0 humiliation in the EFL Cup third round against Leicester City.

Jordan Henderson added Liverpool’s third from a swift counter attack. Jamie Vardy restored parity soon after when he nodded past Simon Mignolet.

Referee Anthony Taylor awarded a penalty to Leicester, when he adjudged Mignolet to have brought down an onrushing Vardy, but the Belgian stopper saved the spot-kick to seal three points for the Reds.
