James Tavernier has told Rangers official website that their win over Motherwell showed the resilience and depth in the current squad.
It a tight affair it appeared that the Gers would have to settle for a point as the two sides remained locked at 1-1 heading into the 90th minute.
However, after fine work by Niko Kranjcar saw Michael O’Halloran miss his chance, Kenny Miller stepped up to score a 90th minute winner and secure all three points for his side.

It was their second win of the season and took Mark Warburton’s side to the top of the Scottish Premiership and Tavernier was keen to praise the resilience they showed.
“It was a great relief to know we have the full points in the bag after the final whistle,” he told the club’s official website.
“It just shows the depth of the squad with the players who came on to add more energy. It [also] showed the great resilience we have to be able to win in the 90th minute.”

Warburton will be hoping that his side can show more of their resilience as the campaign progresses.
They are hoping to be title contenders this season but their three games so far have shown that every point they win is likely to be a hard earned one.
This result showed that this side is one that is willing to fight tough and Warburton will be keen to see more of the same in future.
