James Rodriguez may just have given away that Everton are about to sign Abdoulaye Doucoure too, through his social media movements.

Rodriguez is thought to be on the verge of a move to Everton, and he followed Doucoure on Instagram last night.

There is no obvious connection between the pair, other than that they both are now heavily linked with a move to Everton.

The Daily Mail suggested that the Toffees were on the verge of completing a deal for Doucoure last night.

And it seems that the Everton may well have two new arrivals soon, if Rodriguez’s Instagram actions are anything to go by.

The arrival of Doucoure and Rodriguez has excited Everton supporters, as they strengthen them in a real weak spot.

Everton lacked quality in midfield last term, but Doucoure will offer them more power and defensive discipline and Rodriguez should increase the creativity available to Carlo Ancelotti.
