Liverpool midfielder reflects on defeat.

Liverpool saved their worst performance of the season for last night’s Champions League tie away to Napoli.
The Reds looked lethargic by their usual high energy performances and lost the game 1-0.
The defeat brought Jurgen Klopp’s side back down to earth after their opening win over Paris-Saint Germain and leaves the group wide open.
Liverpool midfielder James Milner had a blunt admission this morning as he reflected on the defeat.

Sending a message to Liverpool fans on Instagram, Milner admitted the team had not been good enough.
Milner added that he is now looking forward to the Premier League game against Manchester City this weekend.
As Milner points out, Liverpool have the perfect game to move on from the Napoli loss.
If they cannot win against City, then they will head into the international break on the back of four games without a victory in all competitions.
