Reds goalscorer James Milner posted a message on Instagram this morning appearing to take a dig at the Brazilian.
His caption read that the image he selected summed up Liverpool’s frustration, with Marco Verratti seen appealing to the referee as Neymar rolled around.
Liverpool only managed one shot on target in the defeat, and that came from Milner’s penalty.
PSG’s antics clearly were derisory, but Liverpool should look at their own performance and selection choices for why they lost the game.
The Reds must now beat Napoli at Anfield in order to qualify for the knockout stages.
