James Forrest wants to remain at Celtic for the rest of his playing career.

Forrest has been on the books of Celtic his entire professional club football career so far and has a contract with the Glasgow giants until the summer of 2019, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.
The 26-year-old has been a key figure for the Hoops over the years and is rated highly by Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers.
Back in December 2017, Rodgers raved about the winger, and revealed that he convinced the Scotland international to remain at Celtic Park when he became the manager in the summer of 2016, as quoted by The Scottish Sun.

Forrest told The Scottish Sun: I’d like to stay here for the rest of my career because I’ve only ever played for Celtic. Hopefully that will happen.
“It’s strange to even think about playing for any other club. I’ve been here since I was nine. Thinking about something else is weird. So hopefully I’ll stay here and be successful.”

Legend in the making
Forrest has had his critics, but there is no doubt that the winger at his best is a superb footballer who can still improve and develop.
The 26-year-old winger has won the league title six times, and the Scottish Cup and the Scottish League Cup thrice each during his time at the Hoops.
The Scotsman, who has scored 54 goals in 285 appearances in all competitions for the Bhoys so far in his career according to the club’s official website, is a legend in the making at Celtic.
