Leeds United managed to snap up Jamal Blackman from Chelsea on a season long loan.

Blackman kept goal for the Blades back in October, when they beat Leeds 2-1 in front of the Whites fans.
And the young goalkeeper, who has just signed a season-long loan at Leeds, admits he was very impressed with the crowd on that date.
“I remember that Friday night,” he said. “It was a massive game and everyone was up for it. The atmosphere coming into it, it was like a den coming here.”

Blackman looks set to be immediately be instated as Marcelo Bielsa’s number one, after signing for Leeds.
The young goalkeeper is expected to displace Bailey Peacock-Farrell in goal, despite the latter’s excellent form towards the back end of last campaign.

Blackman impressed on loan at Sheffield United last term, and he will be hoping to have a similarly successful season at Elland Road.
Blackman is only Leeds’ second signing of the summer, following the arrival of Lewis Baker earlier on in the transfer window.
