Jake Paul gave fans a look inside his new $40 million, 6,000-acre Georgia ranch that he recently purchased.

Jake Paul has given fans a first look inside his new Georgia ranch – a $40 million, 6,000-acre estate. The YouTuber-turned-boxer shared footage of the property, known as Southlands Plantation, in a video posted to his YouTube channel this week.

The 29-year-old described the ranch as a dream purchase following a turbulent year that included a knockout loss to Anthony Joshua and a double jaw fracture that has sidelined him indefinitely.

Inside Jake Paul’s $40 million Southlands Plantation ranch

In his video, Jake Paul highlighted a private 20-acre lake, a two-mile ATV track, a $5 million car collection, and a driveway so long he claimed to have hit 120 mph while driving up it.

Situated in Decatur County, Georgia, Southlands Plantation spans 6,000 acres and comes with a range of luxury features.

“Listen people, you might be wondering what do I spend my millions of dollars with from beating people a—-? Well, this is my 6,000 acres, $40 million ranch.

“I haven’t announced it yet, but I bought a ranch. It cost $39 million. It’s massive. It’s a little bit bigger than I wanted, but when I got there, I was like, I have to buy this.”

Paul plans to turn the property into a multi-purpose complex featuring a private boxing gym, airstrip, and shooting range.

The 29-year-old also revealed that much of the ranch remains under renovation, with several new buildings under construction as part of the expansion project.

Jake Paul’s new home after record-breaking earnings

Jake Paul reportedly earned around $92 million from his December bout with Anthony Joshua, despite losing by knockout in the fifth round.

The fighter is currently recovering from his injuries and remains under medical suspension from the Florida Athletic Commission.

However, he hinted at a potential return later in 2026 and even mentioned a possible clash with former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou once cleared to compete again.

For now, Paul appears focused on enjoying life at his new property, describing it as “a place to recharge, build, and plan what’s next.”
