According to the Daily Mail, Borussia Dortmund are preparing themselves for the exit of winger Jadon Sancho, with a move next summer expected.

Sancho, 19, has been a sensation for Dortmund since joining from Manchester City for just £7million in 2017, and is now an England international.

The winger is expected to be a key part of England’s Euro 2020 side, but Dortmund are now allegedly expecting him to move on next summer, and are already preparing for his exit.

Manchester United and former club Manchester City are thought to be keen, with a deal expected to cost more than £100million, handing the Bundesliga side a huge profit.

Sancho already has one goal and one assist in just one Bundesliga game this season, but really showed his quality last term with 12 goals and 12 assists in the league.

More clubs will be interested in Sancho, and The Mirror noted back in October 2018 that Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur want Sancho too, but would they really have a chance now?

Tottenham have loved Sancho for some time, even attempting to sign him in 2017 as part of the deal which sent Kyle Walker to City, but as reported by The Mirror, that attempt failed.

Sancho would be an exciting addition for either side, but at more than £100million, it just seems unlikely that Liverpool or Tottenham will be in a position to sign him, no matter how much they rate him.

John W. Henry and Daniel Levy keep a firm hand on the finances at their respective clubs, and whilst Liverpool have splashed the cash on Alisson and Virgil van Dijk in recent times, they were calculated signings under £80million, and largely thanks to the sale of Philippe Coutinho.

Neither side will be pushing for £100million captures next summer barring a major sea change, and it just seems more likely that one of the two Manchester clubs will be looking to splash exorbitant cash to bring the speedster back to England.
